90 seconds of the Worldwide Photo Walk
Quite a few of you were able to participate in Scott Kelby’s Worldwide Photo Walk this past Saturday. For those who weren’t able to attend, I’d like to invite you to 90 seconds of candid video from Cincinnati, just in case you’d like to see just what went on in our little part of the world. Photographers, clicking shutters and laughter were everywhere. Over 50 photographers left Fountain Square at 10 a.m. and every single one met up at our lunch destination at the conclusion. Photographer Ryan Duglosz has even created a post on how he Geotagged the Cincinnati Photo Walk with GPS on his informative blog, the RRD Photo Blog.
The day of socializing was just part of the magic, the resulting photos are the other part. Check here for a list of participating cities and click any listing to find a link to that city’s Photo Walk Flickr group. Okay, I’m biased, I admit: here’s a link to the Cincinnati pics.

The photowalk really energized me and, as luck would have it, I won the Birmingham, Alabama group prize. I’m honored and amazed, since there were so many really nice images submitted.

I only had time to scan through the first few pages, but I liked the juxtaposition of “Fallout Flowers” by Ryan Dlugosz (rrdphoto).
Some good stuff also from Barb Hogan (tkdchix). She has a good eye.
Our DC Photowalk with Jeff Revell was awsome, second one I attend and they only get better
It looks like you guys had a lot fun. I’m a little envy. LOL
